Where do I see the network status and the announcements?
Network status
The page "Network status" shows whether there is a known problem or planned work.
When it says "All systems are working normally.", there is no known issue.
Under "Current issues" you see what is affected, since when and when it is expected to end.
Under "Resolved in the last 30 days" you see the recent issues that were closed.
Announcements
On the page "Announcements" we publish news, changes and planned work.
If your website or e-mail is not working, look at the "Network status" first. If the problem is already listed there, we know about it and are working on it. If not, open a support ticket.
