How do I cancel a service?
1. Open "Services" and press the service.
2. In the box "Help and cancellation" choose "When to cancel":
"At the end of the billing period": the service works until the date you have paid for and no new renewal invoice is created.
"Immediately": the service is cancelled without waiting.
3. Write the reason in a few words under "Why do you want to cancel?".
4. Press "Request cancellation".
If you change your mind, press "Take the request back" on the page of the service. You can do that until the cancellation is carried out.
Careful: with the cancellation the hosting account is deleted together with its files, databases and mailboxes. First download a copy of everything you want to keep.
Cancelling the hosting does not cancel your domain. The domain stays yours until it expires; if you do not want it, turn its automatic renewal off.
