How do I open a support ticket?
1. Sign in and open "Support tickets".
2. Press "Open a ticket".
3. Choose the "Department" and the "Priority".
4. If the matter is about one particular service, choose it under "Related service (optional)".
5. Write the "Subject" and the "Message" and press "Send".
You can also start from the page of a service, with "Open a ticket about this service".
The answer
When we answer you receive an e-mail. The answer is also inside the ticket. To write again, open the ticket, write under "Reply" and press "Send the reply".
Closing
When the matter is solved, press "Close the ticket". If you write a new reply in a closed ticket, it opens again.
Never write passwords in a ticket.
