How do I set up forwarding and an automatic reply for an e-mail account?
Open the hosting control panel, tab "Mail" → "Mail Accounts", and press "Edit" on the row of the mailbox.
Forwarding
Under "Forward a copy to" type the address the messages should go to. For several addresses separate them with a comma.
Tick "Keep a copy in this mailbox when forwarding" if you want the messages to stay here too.
Automatic reply (for example on holiday)
1. Tick "Reply automatically to incoming messages (e.g. on holiday)".
2. Write the "Subject" and the "Message".
3. If you want it to stop by itself, set a date under "Until (optional)".
Press "Save". To stop them, delete the address or untick the automatic reply and save again.
An address that only forwards
If you want an address (for example sales@) that has no mailbox of its own and simply sends the messages somewhere else: on the same page, in the section "Forwarders", type the "Address" and "Forwards to" and press "Add forwarder".
