How do I change the password of an e-mail account?
1. Open the hosting control panel.
2. In the tab "Mail" press "Mail Accounts".
3. On the row of the mailbox press "Edit".
4. Type the new password under "New password".
5. Press "Save".
After the change
Type the new password into every device and program that reads this e-mail (computer, phone, tablet). As long as a device keeps trying the old password, it will neither send nor receive.
Forgot the password?
The old password is not shown anywhere. Set a new one with the same steps. Or, on the page "Connection Info", press "New password + copy" on the row of the mailbox: a new password is made and shown one time only. Keep it at once.
Change the password immediately if you suspect somebody else knows it, or if messages you did not write are being sent from your address.
