How do I create an e-mail account?
1. Open the hosting control panel.
2. In the tab "Mail" press "Mail Accounts".
3. Press "Create mailbox".
4. Under "Address" type the first part of the address, for example info. The @ and the domain are filled in by themselves.
5. Type the "Password" (at least 8 characters). The key icon makes a strong password for you.
6. If you want, set the "Size limit (MB)".
7. Press "Create".
The mailbox works at once. You can read it from the browser (webmail) or set it up on your computer and your phone; see the articles about those.
Write the password down at the moment you set it: it is not shown again anywhere. If it is lost, you set a new one.
How many mailboxes you can have and how large each one can be depends on your plan.
For messages to reach the mailbox, the domain must point to your hosting (see the article "How do I point my domain to the hosting?").
