How do I renew a domain and what is automatic renewal?
Open "My domains" and press the domain. The box "Renewal" shows when it expires and whether automatic renewal is on.
Automatic renewal on
We send you the renewal invoice before the domain expires. The domain is renewed when the invoice is paid. If there is an invoice already, press "Pay the renewal invoice".
Automatic renewal off
No invoice is sent and the domain will expire unless you renew it yourself.
Renewing now
Press "Renew now for 1 year". A renewal invoice is created; the domain is renewed when you pay it.
Changing the setting
Press "Turn automatic renewal off" or "Turn automatic renewal on".
"Automatic" means the invoice is created by itself. The renewal always happens after the payment, so pay in good time and not on the last day.
