How do I transfer my domain to you?
Before you start
Ask the company where the domain is now for the transfer code (also called the EPP code or auth code). If the domain is locked against transfers, ask for it to be unlocked.
The transfer
1. Open the page "Domains".
2. Type the domain, choose "I want to transfer a domain I already have" and press "Search".
3. Type the code in the field "Transfer code (EPP / auth code)" and press "Transfer to us".
4. Complete the order and pay the invoice.
The transfer starts after the invoice is paid. Depending on the extension it takes from a few hours to a few days. You will see it under "My domains".
A transfer only changes the company that manages the domain. Your website and e-mail keep working as before, as long as the nameservers do not change.
Do not start a transfer in the last days before the domain expires: renew it first where it is.
