What is the credit balance and how do I use it?

The credit balance is money you already have with us, which you can use to pay invoices. It appears when you pay more than the amount of an invoice, when we refund you as credit, or when you add funds in advance.

Where to see it
On the page "My dashboard", under "Credit balance".

Paying an invoice with the credit
1. Open "Invoices" and press an unpaid invoice.
2. In the box "Credit balance" press "Apply my credit".
If the credit is not enough for the whole amount, part of the invoice is paid and you pay the difference.

Adding funds in advance
If the same box has the button "Add funds", press it, type the amount and press "Create the invoice". An invoice is created for that amount; the credit is added to your account when you pay it.
