When is the renewal invoice of a service created?

Every service with a recurring charge has a "Next due date". A few days before it the renewal invoice is created automatically and sent to you by e-mail.
The service is renewed for the next cycle as soon as the invoice is paid. The new "Next due date" counts from the previous date, not from the day you paid.
Where to see when a service is due
1. Open "Services" and press the service.
2. The box "Billing" shows the "Billing cycle", the "Renewal amount" and the "Next due date".
The page "My dashboard" also has the list "Services that renew in the next 30 days".
If you do not want a service to renew, send a cancellation request before that date (see the article "How do I cancel a service?").
