What happens after I order?

1. You receive a confirmation e-mail and the invoice of the order is created.
2. The service appears under "Services" with the status "Pending".
3. You pay the invoice (see the article "How do I pay an invoice?").
4. After the payment and the check of your order the service becomes "Active".
5. You receive an e-mail with the details of the hosting: domain, user name, password, the address of the control panel and the nameservers. Keep it somewhere safe.
A new domain is also registered after its invoice is paid. You will see it under "My domains".
Every message we send you is also in the client area: "My details" → "E-mails we sent you".
