I forgot my password. What do I do?

1. Press "Sign in" and then "Forgot your password?".
2. Type the e-mail address of your account and press "Send me the link".
3. Open the message you receive and follow the link. It works for one hour.
4. Type the new password (at least 8 characters) and press "Save the new password".

For security the page shows the same message whether an account with that e-mail address exists or not. If no message arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and that you typed the right address.

After many wrong sign-in attempts the sign-in is locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or set a new password with the steps above.

This is the password of the client area. The password of the hosting control panel and the passwords of your mailboxes are separate.
