I already have hosting with you. How do I get into the client area for the first time?

If you are already a customer, your account in the client area has been created with the e-mail address you gave for your hosting. It has no password yet, because only you set it.

1. Press "Sign in".
2. Press "Forgot your password?".
3. Type your e-mail address and press "Send me the link".
4. Open the message you receive and follow the link. It works for one hour.
5. Type the password you want and press "Save the new password".

After that you sign in normally with your e-mail address and the new password.

Do not "Register" again with the same e-mail address: you will be told that an account with this address already exists.

If no message arrives, look in your spam folder. If you do not remember which e-mail address you gave us, contact us.
